Albert J. Condarco, RA, LEED AP

Albert is adept at learning software and in sharing this knowledge. He is particularly interested in developing the firm’s efficiency in utilizing BIM software and in further integrating this knowledge into the firm’s process of design. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture, where his team was awarded a Design Excellence Award for their urban design project.

Albert has worked on a wide variety of project types at Overland, ranging from single-family homes and Mexico resorts to large master planning projects in China.

Albert is a lifelong musician and horn player. He regularly performs with a local community band and is the founder of a local community band organization. He is also an active member of a local cult movie group, providing graphic design and logistical support in the group’s efforts to present film screenings and to raise funds for the San Antonio AIDS Foundation.
