The East Village project is pivotal in achieving Baylor’s vision to enhance its residential campus experience. With two residential buildings totaling 701 new beds plus a third building with a dining facility and administrative offices, the development marks a significant step towards Baylor’s goal of having 50 percent of its student body living on campus.

Designed with student input and inspired by urban living concepts, the East Village residences offer a diverse range of housing options, from traditional dormitories to self-contained apartments. Live-learn environments, championed by departments like Computer Science and Engineering, encourage collaborative learning beyond the classroom.
