The three-story corporate headquarters building emerges as a beacon of architectural innovation, serving as the nerve center for a global communications leader. It stands as a testament to the fusion of functionality and aesthetic brilliance while incorporating cutting-edge technology, accommodating office and meeting spaces as well as areas for entertainment, dining and relaxation.

Facing the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry, Clear Channel sought a modern headquarters that could impress clients, foster employee satisfaction, and reflect the company’s values of stability and integrity. Overland, familiar with the site from prior involvement in its redevelopment, approached the project with a focus on practicality and functionality. Addressing the evolving needs of the communications industry, the design integrates state-of-the-art technology seamlessly into its fabric, overcoming challenges such as concealing satellite dishes and accommodating future upgrades with a modular ceiling structure.

Inside, limestone walls pay homage to the site’s quarry heritage and attention was given to maximizing natural daylight, achieved by light shelves and strategic placement of expansive windows offering golf course views while outside, landscaped patios and roof gardens provide serene retreats amidst the hustle and bustle. This project set a new standard for corporate environments and seamlessly blends innovation with timeless architectural principles.

We had these superhighways of all the cabling and fibers. You can get in, move, reconfigure, and redo them and never have to actually do any reconfiguration of the building itself.
