The residence at MoonSprings Vineyard® is OVERLAND’s first completely off-grid project. The vineyard is self-sufficient in energy with solar panels as is their water supply which uses a runoff rainfall capturing system integrated with natural water wells. The clients’ focus is the conservation of the land, water, trees, air, and wildlife, committed to regenerative agriculture and elevating the environment rather than merely sustaining it.

Blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor, this residence is a sanctuary for the soul bringing people together with rooms united by a great communal space. Intuitive layout and circulation help people feel connected internally and create a sense of connection to the landscape alongside outdoor spaces and paths placed with minimal intervention. Located at the southern edge of Paso Robles wine country, the residence is situated amongst picturesque rolling hills and vineyards.

Let’s design a greener future together.
