The Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center is a connection point, bringing together past, present, and future students in a vibrant celebration of achievement and aspiration. For decades, University of Texas at Dallas alumni lacked a dedicated space to reunite and engage with the university, hindering the institution’s ability to foster lasting connections and support. This need was transformed into a dynamic hub of activity, fulfilled through the collaborative efforts of generous donors, the UTD Alumni Association, and university leadership.

The center boasts versatile facilities including a multifunctional ballroom, conference center, and inspirational hall, all strategically located at the campus entrance. This building embodies efficiency, sustainability, and innovative design elements, including a stunning mural wrapper symbolizing the university’s trajectory. Representing the orbits of comets, it symbolizes the connection of alumni to their alma mater’s gravitational pull. Since its opening, the Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center has become a vital space for collaboration, community, and storytelling, ensuring that the university’s legacy continues to thrive for future generations.

This elegant focal point for our growing UT Dallas alumni community will be yet another milestone along our path to ever greater stature as a university of major national significance, one that provides both its current students and its graduates with extraordinary opportunity and value.
